Small breasts

While many women are perfectly happy with the size and shape of their breasts, we live in a day and age when a person doesn’t have to settle for what nature has delivered. Some women with small breasts choose to have them augmented, for greater fullness and shape. Mr Khoda only uses industry leading implants to enlarge and reshape the breasts.

Treatments:

Transgender

One of the crucial steps in the male to female transgender journey is having breast implants. Breast implants, when placed by an expert surgeon such as Mr Khoda, give trans women the contours they desire, empowering many to feel a new sense of confidence and achievement. Mr Khoda will discuss your options and aesthetic and medical goals in detail.

Treatments:

Drooping breasts

Breasts naturally droop with age, because the skin and fibrous ligaments in the breast become stretched and are unable to offer the support they used to. The supporting fibrous ligaments can’t be replaced or restored, but the breasts can be reshaped by removing excess skin, remodelling the tissue, and moving the nipples to a higher position. Some patients choose to have an uplift combined with an implant for greater volume.

Treatments:

Breast asymmetry

Breasts are rarely perfectly symmetrical, and though a degree of asymmetry is common, some women notice a significant difference in the size and shape of their breasts. Breast asymmetry can be a cause of embarrassment, undermining confidence in beachwear or underwear. For this reason, many women opt to correct the symmetry of their breasts through surgery – either the augmentation of the smaller breast or the reduction of the larger.

Treatments:

Inverted nipples

Inverted nipples are a relatively common problem, which can be a source of concern and embarrassment for some women. The most common time for nipples to become inverted is during puberty. The condition can be exaggerated by pregnancy and breast feeding, due to an overproduction of shortened collagen fibres that abbreviate and contract the milk ducts.
