Breast Uplift With Implants
Treatment overview
Breast lift surgery, when combined with breast augmentation, is an operation to lift and shape the breasts while placing implants to enhance volume.
Some women experience ‘empty’ breasts, particularly after breastfeeding or weight loss. A breast uplift makes the breasts firmer and higher, with a more appealing shape, but very empty breasts can benefit from combining this procedure with implants. During a mastopexy augmentation, your skin and breast tissue (and most commonly the nipple, too) are lifted and reshaped while extra volume is added by means of an implant.

See more detailsBreasts naturally droop with age, because the skin and fibrous ligaments in the breast become stretched and are unable to offer the support they used to. The supporting fibrous ligaments can’t be replaced or restored, but the breasts can be reshaped by removing extra skin, remodelling the tissue, and moving the nipples up to a higher position. Some women choose to have the breasts enlarged at the same time, for added shape and volume.
A combined uplift and augmentation is one of the more technical breast operations, so it matters who does it. Dr Ben Khoda is a British-trained plastic surgeon on the GMC Specialist Register (GMC number 6102698), with a cosmetic surgery fellowship from Akademikliniken in Stockholm.
He plans the lift and the implant together around your anatomy and carries out the surgery personally. He has more than 15 peer-reviewed publications and follows you up for up to a year.
