Nose

Ben Khoda understands that the shape of a person’s nose can greatly impact their overall appearance, and that if a person is self-conscious about their nose, this can result in a lack of confidence. Rhinoplasty in Manchester, Marylebone and Nottingham is one of Mr Khoda’s most sought-after procedures, allowing the reshaping of the underlying structure of the nose through a variety of surgical techniques.

Treatments:

Eyelids

Many patients experience excess skin and fatty tissue gathering on either the upper or lower eyelid, the removal of which is known as a blepharoplasty. Upper eyelid blepharoplasty removes excess tissue that can make the eyelid heavy and even impair vision. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty removes excess skin that gathers in crinkles and folds, which can greatly age a person’s appearance.

Treatments:

Face

In youth our skin is supple, flush with collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid – the key elements that give skin its elasticity and enable it to spring back from stretching or folding. The ageing process leads to a sudden drop off in these crucial substances at about the age of 30, after which the skin of our faces more easily develops lines and creases, and can become loose.

Treatments:

Face and neck lift

Along with the skin of our faces, the skin on our necks becomes susceptible to lines, creases, and general sagginess/looseness as we age, due to the drop off in production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid – the key elements that give skin its elasticity and enable it to spring back from stretching or folding. The skin of our faces and necks develops lines and creases, and can become loose.

Treatments:

Dynamic lines and wrinkles

Lines and wrinkles develop uniquely in each of us, depending on factors such as bone structure, genetics, environment, lifestyle, and repeated facial movements such as smiling or frowning. The deeper lines associated with repeated facial expressions are known as dynamic lines, as they are reinforced by the dynamic movement of the facial muscles. Botox treatments block the chemical signals which tell the targeted muscle to contract.
